The Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) was established in 2002 to provide coordinated international development assistance for the people of Afghanistan.
Since August 2021, the engagement modality of the ARTF is to provide basic services assistance through United Nations agencies and possibly through international NGOs in the future.
ARTF produces monitoring, financial and annual reports. External evaluation reports of ARTF from third parties are also available on the site allowing for transparency and accountability.
